Good place to host inside it if you're travelling around Vega Baja del Segura localities. Huge swimming pool and awesome bungalows for sleeping in them. The weak point is the high price and not very high quality of the food in the restaurant. Excellent attendance of all staff.

A notre arrivées... le désert village fantômes éclairage allumée en plein jour... le code pour ouvrir ne fonctionne pas.... heureusement l'appartement voisin et unique locataire avant notre arrivées nous aide en tel au propriétaire qui avoue avoir fait erreur de programmation... télévisions sans antenne... coupure d 'eau le soir et manque de pression quand il y en avait... bref toiles d'araignée sous le lit et ds les murs ... seul le wifi nous était confié... Ds l'ensemble la chambre étant grande et bien aménagée matelas confortable la clim fonctionne mais très bruyante... a vous de voir bonne nuit.!!!

Yderst skuffende hotel.

Steder var totalt forladt, ingen ansatte udover en enkel ung mand som vi så et par gange under vores ophold. Grunden var misligeholdt, poolen var snavset og ingen af de aktiviter som stedet reklamerede med, fandtes. Ingen spa, ingen ridning og ingen restaurent. Der blev afholdt nogle private arrangementer på stedet men det var udefrakommende gæster. Der boede ingen andre end os. To gange var der intet vand i bruseren. Værelset var dog pænt og nogenlunde rent. Jeg vil skrive en direkte mail og bede om et tilgodebevis eller pengene tilbage.
Området var forsømt og man trådte i nedfaldsfrugt og blade.
Misligeholdt.
Snavset pool som vi ikke brugte trods 35 grader. Den var for ulækker.

Alojamiento mejorable. Cuesta encontrar la habitación a pesar de las indicaciones del personal, porque no hay carteles que te vayan guiando. Las sábanas no estaban todo lo limpias que hubiésemos deseado, tenían algunas manchas (no sabemos si por un mal lavado o porque ya están para retirar del servicio). La cortina del baño desastrosa, súper sucia y mohosa en la parte inferior. Deberían revisarlas y lavarlas o cambiarlas periódicamente. Las cabañas de madera son acogedoras, pero bastante espartanas y en la nuestra había un par de agujeros de gran tamaño en la pared. El aislamiento es insuficiente y se oye mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y del exterior de la cabaña.

Tenk deg om før du booker plass på El Rancho

Ikke daglig renhold av hytte. Måtte spørre om rene håndduker etter 3 dager. Mange ødelagte solsenger som i tillegg var skitne. Fri for mange retter på menyen. Så ingenting til hester. Generelt dårlig renhold av bassengområdet og bord/benker ved uteservering. Siden det et ca 2 km til nærmeste tettsted burde det være mulighet for å leie sykler el elsparkesykler. Svært dårlig engelskkunnskap på personalet. Hytter er veldig små som på bilder virker større. Anbefales ikke for småbarnsfamilier.

Charmingly rustic

No frill basic accommodation. Comfy bed, fantastic aircon, dated bathroom which could do with updating. Got the impression this place is a work in progress, which is totally fine as it has so much potential. In order to achieve this they need to get the staffing levels correct and get all services up and running. Pool is a big asset. We enjoyed it and would definitely return. Nothing fancy but a nice retreat away, plus they are pet friendly which was a big bonus!

El Rancho 2 nights

To start, we went to check in and they didn't really speak to us, took us straight to a cabin, had problems with the door code but that was resolved quickly. The room was nice, AC worked well which was appreciated in the heatwave. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, rusty shower holder, but perfectly useable. We stayed for 2 nights, we had lunch here on the 2nd day, food was good and the waitress that was serving us did her best to communicate with us, we don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English (not that we expected her too). Google translate helped us through. We all enjoyed the pool, it was lovely and warm and big enough for our boys to splash around without bothering anyone. There was no-one around when we checked out, but we did leave at 7:30am. We went into Torrivieja both evenings, only a 15 minute drive away, which was really handy. Overall a good location and a hotel/venue with huge potential.

Totalmente nefasta, nada limpio ni cuidado el servicio fatal el responsable no tenia ni idea de donde estaba parado esperamos más de una hora para q nos dieran la habitación q luego no era la correcta, cuando nos asignan la correcta no funcionaba el agua fría en pleno verano solo funcionaba el agua caliente Los Gatos del lugar tenían pulgas no quise mirar el estado de los caballos xq a juzgar x lo poco q se veía todo estaba abandonado de la mano De Dios. Calor mucha calor y sucio muy sucio encima solo había un menú no había ninguna opción a elegir era o eso o no comes… en fin no lo recomiendo a nadie

Mal. Nunca pongo reseñas por qué no me gusta dar malas opiniones pero este caso es que ya ha sido extremoLas fotos del anuncio no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones malisimo. Los colchones de la habitación con moho. El bar sin aire con un calor de 43 grados Y por si era poco , salimos a pasar el día fuera y cuando volvimos por la noche no podíamos entrar en la habitación, el código estaba deshabilitado y no había nadie en recepción, ni en el bar ni en ningún sitio, no cogían el teléfono ni contestaban a los emails. Estuvimos dos horas sin poder entrar, en la calle , hasta la 1 de la madrugada y lo conseguimos gracias a hoteles.com que lo gestionó todo. Una pena por que el sitio es magnífico, si lo tuvieran bien sería un gran sitio para ir. Lo mejor la piscina, grande y en buenas condiciones, aunque las hamacas parecían cogidas de un vertedero
