This hotel used be awesome. Unfortunately the last 2 or 3 year the quality has decrease. For instance, water pressure in the showers used to be very good, The bathroom already has some mold spots. To finish the air conditioning, when the weather is cold, does not have the heater function. Definitely is not a 4 star hotel any more.

The hotel is under renovation and this was not communicated, check in was very slow, room was very noisy, you could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms

Terrible service!

Terrible stay. The restaurant was not able to give me an invoice about my dinner. They told me I could ask uring the check-out. In the check-out, I was informed I should go to the restaurant and ask them. In the final I did not get my invoice and restaurant was telling the reception desk was the guilty and vice-versa

Sentimos falta de uma rampa logo na entrada do hotel para passarmos com as malas, tivemos que subir as escadas,carregando-as, ninguém ajudou. O atendimento na recepção foi bom, o café da manhã tem uma diversidade até boa, quarto amplo, cama boa, mas o box do banheiro era um pouco pequeno, as toalhas poderiam ser mais macias e a tampa do ralo do banheiro estava meio solta, funcionando como uma gambiarra. Uma caixinha de água nos custou R$14,00, mas ainda assim, no geral a estadia foi boa.
