Upon check in I asked if I could have a 1st floor room and the front desk attendant was very polite and helped me with the arrangement. The other front desk staff members assisted me with finding a local establishment for Easter Sunday Brunch, getting me paper plates and answering all my questions. My room was clean, the wi-fi and tv were good and breakfast was good.
