Staff was very helpful when we needed a place to stay last minute after a prior hotel reservation fell through. We were traveling with children so it was so appreciated, especially with it being late as well. The room was clean and the price was fair. We would come back!

We had a nice stay. Despite the appearance of the outside of the building, the rooms were newly refurbished. It's a work in progress and I'm sure eventually everything will be updated. I cannot complain about the inside of our actual room because everything was new and clean and we had a good night's rest without disruption. The occasional train passed, but we weren't bothered. For the price we paid, it was a good value. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Totally renovated so everything is brand new. Staff are friendly and helpful. My go to in San Antonio.

Nice clean rooms but disappointing that no toilet paper was available. Even in front counter the lady unable to find toilet paper. So luckily she found only one. Another disappoint issue they charged the deposit fee of 109$. Now I have to do a claim. 😫

The place was in the middle of being renovated, the people are great, the place is clean and comfortable. They do need to put it a place to hang clothes, maybe they plan on adding it later but I take dress clothes with me that need a place to be hung up.

We had to go to a different hotel to get the keys The elevator was hard to find Curtains had multiple holes letting the light in the room Sink water would splash everywhere Train woke us up in the morning Sheets were rough Overall decent enough for the price and give points because they left enough towels and toilet paper and it was clean
