Das Hotel ist neu und dementsprechend ist alles noch stabil und sauber. Aber das Hotel ist schon hellhörig und die Tatsache, dass man dort neben dem Ausgangsviertel ist, hat mich morgens um 6.00 geweckt, da die Leute besoffen rumschreien. Das war Samstag und Sonntagmorgen.

La Nogalera hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the train station, in the main square. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. A small lift is available to upper floors. The room is a generous size, with plenty of open storage for clothes. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room had a balcony which faced the town. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. No food is available at this hotel, but there are many restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of minutes’ walk. I would recommend La Nogalera for its location and comfort.

What an amazing hotel! Brand new, clean, and perfectly located in the city centre! I loved every minute of my stay. The best part, however, was the incredible customer service. The guys working at the reception and the cleaning ladies were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and extremely kind! Not to mention, I lost my phone, and Jorge literally saved my vacation. He helped me in every possible way, made me feel better, and supported me until I found it — and I did! That’s what I call truly wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back!

The hotel has very basic facilities. Various things do not work properly, such as the air conditioning and the cleaning services, and the explanation given by the reception staff is that the hotel was recently opened. According to the booking, the room has city view, but in reality the room window is facing a wall. There are no restaurant and breakfast options available at the hotel. The hotel staff wrongly charged my card before the check-in time, they admitted the error, but gave me no compensation (even a symbolic one) for the inconvenience caused. At check-out, the hotel manager was very verbally aggressive, when discussing my claims. Overall, the stay at the hotel was a very bad experience.
