There were multiple maintenance issues that were not taking care of. It was kind of like staying at an old super 8 in United States or canada. But for $150 a night it just seemed like it wasn't worth it. The AC was not turned on before we entered the room. And it took a few hours for it to work. They photocopied all our passports which was a little strange. Door handles were loose or missing. Maybe if we paid $40 it would have a higher rating. It was clean but kind of grimy. The buffet however was good,

Recebi o quarto preparado para apenas 1 pessoa e com uma cama minúscula. Ao entrar em contato com a atendente que nos fez o check-up infelizmente a mesma nao se mostrou disposta a nos ajudar. Dizendo que deveria fazer upgrade de quarto e que havia pago para um quarto assim. Até que uma outra atendente ouvindo a conversa se dispôs a tentar ajudar colocando uma outra cama no quarto. Fato é que 2 amigos (2 casais) também se hospedaram no hotel por indicação minha e no quarto deles que era inferior ao meu e mesmo assim possuia uma cama extra de solteiro que puderam juntar. Pois bem, só tive atendedimento a minha demanda pela atendente que por sorte ouviu a conversa e se mostrou interessada em ajudar. Gracas a ela, pude ter noite de descanso e conforto. Café da manhã é muito bom, nao tenho o que reclamar. Único detalhe é o chuveiro que não pude direcionar direito e nem temperar direito deixando agua muito quente ou muito fria. O serviço de quarto, infelizmente parece que esqueceram do nosso pedido, pois só chegou após ligarmos pra cobrar, isso é, sanduiche chegou quase 1hora e 20 minutos depois de pedido (onde o prazo era de 30 a 40minutos) e com isso chegou frio. No mais tudo muito bom. Excelente custo X benefício...
