The initial room had no light, was older, the thermostat fell off the wall and it was clear because I am an American “gringo”. I was given a bad room. When my Brazilian friend spoke for me suddenly we got a much better room that was more modern with and with a well lit room and a desk, which was important for me because of my job I had to work and better location to reception

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family vacation. Kids of any age will have a wonderful time. The property is big, and you can find something for everyone. The food and drinks are of remarkably high quality. The only small complaint is the internet quality is poor if you're travelling internationally. I would expect better internet in the rooms. But they do have a business center if fast internet. I would recommend go back if I'm ever back in Porto de Galinhas.

Loved the stay at enotel. Kids club is great for families and provide great entertainment for the children. Pools are numerous, differentiated and with options for kids and adults. Food buffet is Ok, would benefit from a bit more variety of fruits. Rooms are nice and spacious but a refurb would be welcomed, TVs are small and from the 2000s, time to replace them. Direct access to the beach is great. Adult entertainment is very good too. A lá carte restaurant options are good but should have a bit more variety, usually only 2-3 options each.

Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

Dirty, food is terrible. Hotel workers very lazy. I never saw coconut, popsicle they let the place open for 2 hours. If you are in the place of all you can eat it shouldn’t have a time specific to get a popsicle. specific to get it a popsicle. The amount of money I spend I would stayed in a better hotel and clean and eat on a different restaurant. Food don’t have a taste. The temaki night is horrible the lady smashing the sushi rice and wetting her hand in a bowl of water. Like WTH does that.

If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

Eu já fui no Enotel em outro momento, a estrutura continua boa, porém o que deixou a desejar foi a alimentação muito resumida e repetitiva, refeições muito básicas. O hotel gigante com pouca sinalização e baixo quadro de funcionários trabalhando para o porte do hotel. Acho que deveriam colocar um ponto de apoio para as toalhas de banho utilizadas na piscina, não achei acessível. Tive muita dificuldade de encontrar talher, pratos tinha por todo lado dos restaurantes, mas talher não.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, assim como a receptividade dos funcionários. Quantidade muito grande de comida, mas nada que se destacasse na qualidade. Por exemplo, as sobremesas têm todas o mesmo sabor. Os funcionários fecham as piscinas mesmo antes do horário previsto. Na parte positiva tem a área da piscina de ondas, muito boa e bonita. Escrevo esta avaliação com o intuito de alertar futuros viajantes e, principalmente, a gestão do Enotel Porto de Galinhas. Infelizmente, a experiência de hospedagem foi profundamente insatisfatória, revelando um descompasso gritante entre a promessa do resort e a entrega real. Pontos Críticos: * Superlotação e Caos Operacional: O hotel opera claramente acima de sua capacidade de atendimento. O acesso aos restaurantes temáticos é praticamente impossível, e as áreas comuns — do café da manhã ao jantar — assemelham-se a um "bandejão popular". A falta de organização e o fluxo desordenado de pessoas retiram qualquer sensação de exclusividade ou conforto. * Higiene Precária: É inadmissível que um resort deste porte apresente banheiros das áreas comuns constantemente sujos. A manutenção da limpeza básica falhou em diversos momentos da estadia. * Acomodações e Lazer Defasados: As suítes são antigas e clamam por uma renovação urgente. O mobiliário e a estética estão estão ultrapassados, o que se estende também à academia, que é pequena e possui equipamentos obsoletos. • Gastronomia Genérica: A qualidade das refeições deixa muito a desejar. O estilo de serviço adotado prioriza a quantidade em detrimento da qualidade, não condizendo com o valor investido na estadia. O Lado Positivo: É justo mencionar que o complexo de piscinas e o parque aquático são excelentes e realmente ideais.
