I booked though hotels.com and the pictures give the impression that the apartment would be in Bjørvika with a fjord view. However, the apartment turned out to be in Grønland in Sweigaardsgate, an ugly busy road. The apartment itself was clean and it was nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. However, the kitchen lacked some basics, such as no spatula, a broken toaster and a fridge that was so weak that our milk spoiled. The entire point of booking an apartment was so we could cook, so this was a pretty big disappointment.
