This is a top notch hotel. On a quiet district close to Pombal square for metro and buses in all directions. Spacious rooms and bathroom with 5 star amenities and super helpful and kind staff! Breakfast was great, super comfy bed and great coffee in the room. Staff helped us book our train to Porto and very generously extended our check out time to coincide with the train schedule ! Highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

Good hotel … but does not have gym, or spa or pool … I don’t know exactly what qualifies it as 5-Star … but a nice hotel in a good area … 15 min walk from the historic region

The hotel was clean and situated in a convenient area close to the hop o hop off station 1. It was near a market for snacks. The hotel staff provided water when leaving for our daily sightseeing

6/10 Good

Room was very clean and beautiful but the bathroom set up was not ideal. The shower is in the front entrance and leaked water all over the place when used, barely a lip to contain the water. The sink is also in the front entrance, covered by sliding doors. The whole set up was kind of ridiculous. But the room looked beautiful, but small.

The property was beautiful and located in a good area. It’s very modern and minimalist to the point there’s no place to put your luggage or your toiletries in the shower. The staff is very friendly.

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly warm, genuine, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
