Contudo, a recepção deixou a desejar e a equipe do setor infantil nem sequer nos recebeu. No bar, pedi um suco que veio morno; solicitei gelo a outro funcionário que prometeu trazer, mas não voltou, mesmo eu sendo a única cliente no local. Cancelei o pedido pela demora e, após recusar um novo suco de cortesia, o hotel ofereceu uma caipirinha para compensar. Foi um gesto educado, mas o atendimento geral precisa de mais atenção.
