The room had a few cleanliness issues as previously mentioned (although the property as a whole was well maintained). A group of guests a couple doors down made a night-time ruckus BUT my husband brought it up to staff and it was taken care of quickly. Much appreciated.

Clean, convenient, and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was hard to find in their lot, but they looked fully booked the four nights we were there. It was during the Tall Ship Festival event.

This was an amazing place to stay. Staff was particularly nice and super accommodating. My son left his favorite stuffed animal and they sent it back with a cute note. Super caring and nice. Thank you!

Clean facility, location is new. Located right next to an outlet for shopping, walking distance. Fast food options nearby. The breakfast was ok limited choices served in a small area, slight wait for the staff to replenish food which would happen daily. Front desk staff friendly. Parking would fill up around the hotel but parking lots are shared with other hotel, restaurants, and near by lot.

Staff was friendly- from check in to check out. Quick with assistance. Room was very clean and it was nice to see staff cleaning the hallways and ceilings as well. I didn’t feel grossed out as I usually do with hotels by the beach.

My only thing with this hotel are pool towels. They are like sand paper. Old & rough. Close to food and shopping. Otherwise it was great.
