I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is really friendly and attentive. It feels genuine and they are very responsive to your needs. The location is great and it’s extremely safe. You are behind a guarded gate 24/7. I appreciated how easy they made it to check in and out and feeling safe is truly something you value in a country where it can feel uncertain at times. Nous sommes arrêté à cet hotel la veille de notre retour apès un séjour de 9 jours sur la côte de l'Équateur. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et les employés voyant que nous ne parlions pas espagnol couramment tentait de nous répondre en anglais et nous étions parfaitement capable de nous comprendre. Le restaurant de cuisine Italienne à l'hôtel offre une qualité exceptionnelle quoique un peu dispendieux. La cour intérieur offre un décor et une ambiance confortable et rend le repas très agréable. Le transport vers l'aéroport coûte 5 $ en taxi. Bref, je recommande fortement cet hôtel à Guayaquil.
