O bangalô fica de frente para o sol da tarde e o ar-condicionado não dá conta do recado! Foram duas tardes insuportáveis, tivemos que sair do hotel! A comida é fenomenal, além de bem servida, o preço é justo e a qualidade é impecável, NO ENTANTO, o café da manhã deixou à desejar! O ambiente do café da manhã é desconfortável, lugar pequeno e sem ar-condicionado, mas a vista é linda! Os funcionários são gentis e bem treinados! As piscinas estavam sujas, mesmo assim resolvemos entrar na piscina da cascata, tivemos dificuldade por não ter degraus. O ambiente, no geral, É LINDO! O quarto tem uma cama confortável e uma hidromassagem maravilhosa! O atendimento é extraordinário!

O hotel é novo, mas creio que precise de mais cuidado. Piscina estava suja, mesas que foram usadas e não limparam, muito resto de obra solto. A jacuzzi não aqueceu no primeiro dia e não tinha ninguém para verificar. Me informaram que era assim mesmo. No dia seguinte chegou uma pessoa para consertar, mas o hotel estava vazio. Deveriam ter me trocado de quarto.

Fomos eu e minha esposa, ficamos quatro dias, Nosso aniversário de casamento, Fizemos um jantar comemorativo na noite no restaurante do hotel chefiado pelo Chef Jonathan, Excelente, Ele foi super solicito e atencioso conosco e tudo foi maravilhoso, Recomendo o restaurante, demais. Quando chegamos a jacuzi estava já ligada com o ar condicionado ligado, Achei excelente a recepção, Imagino que a proposta do hotel é ser um resort, porém falta equipe de apoio. Muitas obras ainda no hotel o que faz um pouco de barulho de poeira, Existe uma cachoeira dentro do hotel que vale a pena o banho frio, mas não existe salva vidas nem alguém que faça o controle, achei perigoso isso. Outra coisa é que a cada entrega de algum drink no jardim eles cobram a taxa de entrega. A localização do hotel é no pé da serra e fica longe de Guaramiranga, a proposta é ficar dentro do hotel e aproveitar os passeios mas a equipe do hotel ainda precisa de orientação em relação aos passeios que podem ser feitos.

O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura no geral, porém o que deixou a desejar foram as piscinas que estavam sujas, a localização que fica afastada do centrinho e em uma região de altitude mais baixa. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, pois não o colocaram em mesa posta, tinha que fazer pedidos para serem preparados (não havia cardápio com as opções de café da manhã), além da demora para o preparo.

Não tem serviço disponível, ficamos sem acesso lá em cima nos bangalos, ninguém olha o wpp, quando chegamos não tinha água, toalhas ruins, tinha uma goteira bem no meu rosto, acordei assim com água hoje de manhã, café ruim, muito forte, parecia mal feito, preço caro para isso.
