Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I would come back in a heartbeat if ever back in the UAE. Lots to recommend but the standouts were the staff and the breakfast, particularly Deepak, the manager of the breakfast staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Close behind were garden room quality, space, cleanliness, ambience, and golf facilities. Also, being outside the city centre made it an unexpectedly good location for mall and souk shopping or quickly travelling elsewhere in the UAE.

A real improvement to the former Westin Hotel while utilizing the same facilities. The food at the buffet has remarkably improved and the friendliness a a service-oriented approach of the staff is at a superior level.
