Amazing buffet selection of foods & beautiful dining room, both inside & outside. Room fairly minimalist like a cruise ship, but super comfy however, if your neighbours are noisy, the noise carries through. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options to choose from — definitely one of the highlights. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The parking situation is terrible. There are not enough parking spots around the hotel, and it took us up to an hour each evening to find a place to park. The pool was kind of small, pretty shallow, and lacked enough chairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

We’re a couple in our 30s and had the most amazing time. The hotel was spotless (thank you to gala for cleaning our room so well) and the view was beautiful. The walk up the hill is a bit steep in hot weather but it wasn’t an issue for us. Food options were great too - we chose half board. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all genuinely seemed happy at work, always upbeat and welcoming to everyone. We noticed too that if anyone tried to leave towels on the sun beds that the lifeguard monitored it. At meal times staff were always over within a minute or two to clear the table and constantly topping up the buffet so it was always full. I can’t recommend hotel Florida enough!

The hotel was great- nice pool area, good restaurant etc…however the area was not the best. It was filled with younger tourists who were there for a party. So if you’re looking for authentic Mallorcan experiences, would suggest finding an alternate location or renting a car and leaving for majority of the day (although don’t come back too late as the streets fill up and it’s difficult to drive).

On our final night it was my wife’s birthday and room service brought us a bottle of cava. These were really nice touches. Great hotel!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here, the location of the hotel is right on the coast with amazing sea views. Just a short 10 minute walk takes you down to the front with lots of lovely restaurants on the promenade. Breakfast was plentiful, staff friendly and cleanliness high all round. We had a late flight home and booked the courtesy room (free of charge) to shower which enabled us to make the most of our last day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, location and staff

Everything promised and more was delivered. Breakfast was good quality and over long time period (allowed early start or lie in!). Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and power shower was amazing. Location was good and easy access to both Magaluf and palma Nova beaches and attractions. Paid extra for sea view and for large balcony with private sun beds and this was well worth it.

Lovely stay

We have just returned from 4 nights in Hotel Florida and had a fantastic stay! All of the staff were friendly/helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early so hoped to be able to leave our bags whilst we explored but as our room was ready they let us have the room straight away. We spent some time lounging around the pool area/bar each day, there was always music playing and a great atmosphere. Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill, this wasn’t an issue for us but might make a difference to others.
