Very good hotel, extremely clean throughout. Everything has been refurbished to a high standard. My room was newly refurbished, modern, and very well presented. Excellent value for money — I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was very clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. Very good for the price. One thing, the floors are wooden and would benefit with either a rug or a carpet as the floors were very cold if you don’t have slippers or flip flops or some kind of foot ware. When we got in the room , at first glance nice and tidy we never inspected room thoroughly on day two my wife went to turn radiator down and there was a used condom behind it we were horrified, when we told reception she turned to us smiling and said sorry. This is only one of several major faults with this doss house we shall never return to. It makes me and my wife sick at the thought of us sleeping in it.

I have to say, for the price I really didn't expect much. But the room was immaculately clean, water pressure and temp from the shower little short of EPIC and the bed was genuinely, the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thanks for accommodating my last minute need for a room for the night! I'll be back. There are many more expensive hotels in the area with facilities, but if you don't need an evening meal or an overpriced breakfast, this is without a doubt, the best cheaper end hotel not just in High Wycombe, but anywhere I've ever stayed! I'll be back!

TV had no picture but staff very prompt in responding and fixing. Very friendly staff. Prepared with safe place for me to store my cycle, as requested when booking. Comfy bed (although it slid on the floor when you got on or off which was a minor irritation). Great shower, very clean room. Some complimentary tea/coffee, could have done with a few more. All in all, a very nice example of a budget Hotel. Would use again if in the area.

Room was nice and clean, but very very hot, might’ve considered leaving the windows open to ‘air’ the room a little TV ok but tucked up in the corner of the room, maybe an angled TV bracket rather than a flush wall mounted one. Very basic Kettle and very small, needed to be boiled twice to make 2 decent cups of tea Something to possibly consider, get slightly better tea/coffee making facilities and other bits & bobs in the room (table lamps etc) would’ve made what was a nice stay a more enjoyable one A huge car park at the rear as well, plenty of room to park, it looks like this is a recent purchase and is a work in progress, so understandably not everything tickety boo, just maybe a few small improvements in the rooms and all would be very good 8/10

I've stayed here a couple of times and it's a pretty good hotel, it's basic and could do with a couple of pictures to break up the white walls in the rooms. My room was clean and tidy, clean bedding and a decent size. Although it definitely needed maintenance to go in and give it a bit of a going over. Curtains needed re hanging and for some reason in the middle of a hot spell the bathroom heating was full blast... Reception was friendly. I would happily stay again when I'm working that way.

The parking was not as secure as I would like but the room was clean, welcoming which I liked, the staff were friendly, and there was hot water which is really important to me. I have stayed in a place where there was no hot water. So this meant a lot to have.
