Location was perfect! Staff was friendly. Bedrooms were quite small, bathroom door was a hassle to open and close but this was quickly taken care of. There aren’t many additional amenities to take advantage of. Another downside is the hotel will not hold luggage if checking out early.

O hotel é ótimo, tudo novinho, tem 2 meses apenas que foi inaugurado. O quarto e banheiro sao bons. Perfil de hotel econômico, quarto pequeno, mas melhor do que muitos que fiquei naquela região. O espaço é bem Ok. Mas eles não guardam mala no dia do checkout, vc não tem o que fazer. Eles guardam no checkin, mas não no checkout. Isso foi bem complicado, pois eu não tinha onde colocar as malas.

The location is good if you want to stay near Times Square. We were in town to see Hamilton, and we could actually see the Richard Rodgers Theatre from our room, which made the spot perfect for that. The room itself was small, but it worked fine since we didn’t spend much time in it. The lobby doesn’t make the best first impression, but the room felt nicer than the lobby overall. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, and there were a few grab‑and‑go food and drink options available for purchase downstairs. Overall, the stay was okay, but next time I’d probably spend a bit more for a nicer hotel experience.

Nice Time Square square stay. Located right near the famous red stairs. The hotel had no amenities, but the location was prime. The hotel was clean the staff or nice just small normal for New York. They had a coffee stand that wasn’t up and quiet running yet. Some small food/drink items at the desk. I had a fifth floor room not a lot of noise. My room was off of 47th St. which is nice as I can peek out and look down. Stayed for approximately four days they gave privacy when asked - they supplied towels and empty trash when we need it. I will stay there again

This hotel is in a very narrow building, and the entrance is nondescript. We almost walked by it. The property is clean, and the staff at the front desk is very helpful. One thing you need to know is that the rooms are very small. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of nights, this isn't for you. There is no room to put anything. There is a small hanging space and hooks by the door. My sister and I had a room with a king bed, and that took up most of the space.

The toilet bowl had a brownish/red ring inside and the tv antenna wasn’t connected so we couldn’t watch tv. Other than that, it was good. The bed was really comfortable . It was strange that room service was knocking on our door around 4pm . I thought they usually did that around morning time.

Cambria was the perfect place to rest for the night in busy Time Square! The blackout blinds were perfect and there was virtually no noise due to traffic and the business of the streets outside. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It has been recently renovated and it is obvious that they took pride in ensuring the space was perfect! The only downside is there is nowhere to sit in the lobby area and there are no amenities in the hotel. If a clean, well maintained, close to the action hotel is what you are after, Cambria Time Square is perfect! The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Location is really good, close to Times Square and subway.. just 2 things I don’t like… 1st: the walls idk but i was able to hear everything, the people next to me was so loud, and they had a party i guess so we need to call to the lobby twice they took like 30 mns, was so high that in the walls you can feel the bum bum.. 2nd: they don’t hold the leagues so you need to paid an storage outside with an app … so i will not stay there again for this reasons

The place is brand new and still clean. The lobby is super small. The staff were very helpful. The downside- the entrance to the hotel is one single width door with a steep makeshift ramp to get to the door made from concrete and a metal plate. It was not inviting and hard to navigate. One of our party was in a wheelchair. You had to get to the top of the ramp to push the auto door open button, the door swung outward so you had to roll the chair back down the ramp to avoid being hit, then up the steep ramp again. It would be nearly impossible to manage without someone pushing the chair. Since they offer vallet parking, I thought they would have someone to help with the bags or the door but they do not. These are things that wouldn’t bother you if you weren’t dealing with mobility issues.
