Lovely little stay

We stayed as a fanily of 3 with 2 dogs and it was just gorgeous. Views are amazing and really dog friendly. The breakfast was gresh hot and cooked oerfectly. Would 100£ come back again. The staff were great too. Thank you!!

Its little cosy hotel. Very convenient for the ferry terminal. One thing I would suggest is to fix the shower temperature as it was not possible to get it right. It was either too hor or cold.

We enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse. It has a wonderful location, perfect for exploring both the town and the Anglesea path, with it's wonderful trail to North and South Stack as well as the historical area where the quarry used to be, not to mention the long breakwater. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I would recommend staying here.

Great position. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great food. The room was spacious but the beds were painfully soft and the shower was an anemic, cold dribble.

Used it as an overnight before the ferry, staff were great, food was good. The mattress in room 22 however was stuffed, should have been replaced quite a while ago. Staying there again after Ireland so will see what the bed is like in a different room if we get one.

Property location was in a nice area with a good lookout point. Room was alright size with very big bathroom. However bed was uncomfortable, had some mould around the room and the room had an unpleasant stale smell about it. Overall for the price the hotel was okay, but don’t expect anything fantastic.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Staff is very congenial. I would definitely go there again. One minor issue: no hook in bathroom to hang towels. Should be an easy fix: just repair the broken hook that is on the inside of the door. Room 20.

If you arrive by train or ferry off hours, don’t assume you will find transportation. Only 4 taxis there. Staff was wonderful and went out of their way, even getting me a sandwich after hours! Thank you!
