The Casa Ziña is a new built small hotel right next to the main square of Oaxaca city. The location is hard to beat. It is incredibly nice built with much style, bar, rooftop Pool and even a Sauna. The rooms are rather small and at least some of them don‘t have a window, but they are very good ventilated and the hotel invites you to spend your time on the plenty of open air spaces they offer for the guests. Like the hotel itself, also the rooms have a nice style of tradition and modern, well maintained and clean. They also have a cooperation with a car park right next door. But the real highlight for me was the staff! I can’t remember that I have ever got a nicer welcome than here.

No idea why this is rated 2 stars, should def be 3.5 or even 4 ⭐️ Such a cute little boutique hotel that’s only a few months old - steps from the markets and historic Centro. Very clean rooms with super comfy beds. We had a suite with a steam shower. The rooftop pool and sauna is a lovely touch, as is the open bar on the 2nd floot. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Great location and facilities. Especially the self serve bar area and free filtered water, and the pool area with a beautiful view of the city. Me and my boyfriend can definitely recommend this place. Also, our host Ivàn was very sweet and helpful and offered great service.

The hotel is new, well situated, and has great amenities including a second story bar/patio area and a rooftop dipping pool with loungers. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ivan and Antonio both made our stay particularly enjoyable; however, all of the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend Casa Zina to anyone looking for accommodations in El Centro.

Great brand new boutique hotel with impeccable rooms, great service and two very nice outdoor terraces: one with plunge pool and sunbeds and one with a bar area. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel! Staff were super helpful and attentive. Great central location very close to Mercado 20 de Noviembre. They also provide a 3 hour car service if you want for around $130 dollars which is super helpful for seeing sites such as Monte Albán. The room was small but cosy with lots of amenities provided (including a filter coffee machine which we greatly appreciated!). The rooftop had a stunning view with a small heated pool which was great to relax in after a day of walking around the city. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
