Great location in walking distance of most sites, great dining options in the area as well. 10 mini walk from Termini station and the metro is just a 2 minute walk. The room was much smaller than expected with one side of the bed against the wall. The fridge in the room was great. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but a lovely communal kitchen to use.

The room was clean. The kitchenette area is shared with other rooms. I don't think our particular room had access to the patio/garden area but we also didn't really have time to use it. The Monti location is good, basically halfway between the Roma Termini and the Colosseum/Roman Forum. If booking through Hotels.com be sure to monitor both messages via WhatsApp as well as Hotels.com as I missed critical information.

Such a cool property in an old building, but updated to modern standards. The shower was large! The outdoor terrace was also huge and the location can’t be beat if you want near to Termini and the Colosseum. Lots of great cafes and restaurants around and walkable to almost anywhere.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, was cold even during the insane heat wave. Everything was very clean. The only detail is it's up 2 flights of very narrow stairs, so one must be careful but everything else was wonderful.

This stay in the neighborhood of Monti in Center of Rome was spectacular! We were right in the middle of everything! Restaurants and all major Historical landmarks. Allesandro was so fantastic and relied to every question or need we had. He is is Rockstar! We would definitely come back to this place again! Ciao!

Alessandro, the host (though not the owner) was amazingly helpful. Our room was large and nice. Our only disappointments were that there are no blackout drapes, despite what the listing says, and that the elevator that is referenced in the listing serves only one of the three available units. It did not service ours. As a result, we had to climb or descend 38 winding steps each time we left or returned to our rented accommodation. As I am nearly 80 years old, that did not enhance our stay.

Highly recommend—wonderful host and perfect location! We had a great stay here! The location is perfect for sightseeing, as you can easily walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. It’s also very convenient for travel, with great public bus connections and Roma Termini just a short walk away. A special shoutout to our host, who was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you for a great trip!

El hostal es cómodo, se descansa, no hay ruidos, bien ubicado. Las instalaciones del cuarto son serviciales y adecuadas . Se requiere una logística para que el huesped sepa las etapas de check in ya que no se detalla como es el acceso al departamento, para que son las llaves qué se encuentran también con la tarjeta de acceso que no se menciona es la que abre la puerta. Corroborar que si recibe el huesped la información completa para ingresar al departamento.
