Amazing break at julandia family hotel

Fantastic family hotel many pools all life guarded area spotless room alls you need for our stay comfy clean all kitchen amneties , towels in bathroom cleaned all the time if needed,food cheap and cooked to perfection entrrtainment very good and not on late, most of all the staff amazing and always at hand to help with any issues or just a chat, would i come here again 100% thank you too you all for a wonderful time

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very enjoyable. Apartment clean and great facilities. Pools were great! The grounds were very clean. Entertainment was amazing for children and enough for them to do! There was a lot of selection for the all inclusive food/snacks and drinks. All staff were welcoming and very helpful.

The apartment was very small and basic. Bathroom was off the 1 bedroom which was not ideal when you have 4 people crammed in trying to get dressed or up to go out. Ants in the bathroom. BUT all the staff were lovely, the pools were great, it was a proper family resort so it always felt safe. It was cleaned regularly and towels changed. Typical cheesy evening entertainment. Shops, restaurants and gorgeous beach only a couple minutes walk. We absolutely loved it and had a great time. 😊

Reception staff were the brilliant so helpful and friendly always went the extra mile for every request we had. Entertainment was excellent and on throughout our stay 8 days don't know were they get the energy from kids loved it big credit with all staff to hotel Big bonus if you have kids is the astro turf the safest hotel I have stayed in for kids falling all others in Santa ponsa have large steps an uneven steps. Will be back again next year look forward to meeting all the staff again thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

Wir haben unseren Familien Urlaub hier verbracht. Umgeben von vielen Engländern, betrunkenen ab Mittag und Rauchern an jeder Ecke, war der Aufenthalt ok. Das Animationsprogramm war in Ordnung und die Unterkunft auch. Da es ein ziemlich günstiges Hotel ist, möchte ich die Bewertung nicht zu schlecht vergeben, wer günstig bucht bekommt auch entsprechende Qualität. Die Lage war sehr gut, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool war klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Fin pool!

Vi trivdes bra på hotellet, var där i början av maj. Poolen var fin, goda drinkar i baren, möjlighet till att låna poolhanddukar och lugnt område. Nära till sandstrand, affärer och restauranger, alla med gångavstånd. Det negativa var att det inte fanns några toalettartiklar, inte ens tvål till toan eller diskmöjligheter, fick köpa allt på plats. Det saknades även vissa kökstillbehör, när vi påvisade det möttes vi av mindre bra service.

Die Tage dort haben uns sehr gut getan – auch die Kinder waren überglücklich und sprechen immer noch davon. Es war wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit, die unbedingt wiederholt werden sollte! Gleichzeitig möchte ich anmerken, dass ich versucht habe, dieselbe Reise für den Sommer zu planen, aber leider waren die Preise sehr hoch. Ich bitte Sie daher, besonders für Familien mit einfachem Einkommen, faire Preise in der Hochsaison zu berücksichtigen. Solche traumhaften Orte sollten für alle zugänglich sein – vor allem für Eltern, die ihren Kindern schöne Erinnerungen ermöglichen möchten. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder!

Mangelfuld rengøring

Hotellet ligger godt, fine værelser og gode poolområder. Rengøringen på værelset var mangelfuld og personalet var ikke specielt servicemindet. Det er generelt slidt, men prisen er jo også lav. Der er mange mennesker på et lille område - utrolige mange der ryger - både ved poolen, på teresserne og i spiseområderne. Det var ikke særlig lækkert, især ikke med små børn
