The house was very clean but a bit worn (the carpet is showing signs of wear for example). I was annoyed by the "owners fee" that we were charged that really made the rate less fair. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the harry potter and Mickey themed rooms for the kids especially. I know we booked last minute but would've loved more specific communication on how we could add having the pool heat turned on as well as more specific warning that the complex pool was under construction. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed.
