Accueil agréable, personnel sympathique. Chambre un peu exiguë, manque de prises pour 3 personnes pour recharger les téléphones et autres objets électroniques. Wc independants de la douche mais petits, pas de brosse wc a disposition. Arrivée de nuit a l'aéroport, difficile de trouver de quoi se restaurer mais un distributeur automatique de pizza est disponible juste devant l'hôtel

Very, very budget -- I wouldn't stay again
I stay in some budget hotels, but this one is more "budget" than others. There was a tiny toilet with a door and a small shower with a door, both opening to the room. There was NO BLOW DRYER and no AC. The property wasn't updated. I walked to the airport terminal (25 minutes) but if you sign up for a taxi or a service, it's $13--not inexpensive at all considering it's 1.2 miles. Anyway, some may park there or have reasons to choose it, but I wouldn't choose it again.

Correct. Pas de pâte dentifrice ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel. Le reste était passable
Nuestro vuelo era muy temprano.
El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto nos lo hizo mucho más fácil.
Lo mejor de esta instalación, si personal sin duda, tanto en nuestra entrada y salida de la misma.

A venti minuti di distanza a piedi dall’aeroporto di Charleroi, comodo per la fermata del bus praticamente fuori l’albergo per portarci alla stazione. Il receptionist gentile nello stamparci anche gli orari del bus. La camera piccola ma abbastanza confortevole, per l’assenza del bidet ce ne siamo fatti una ragione, un po’ dispiaciuti per la muffa presente su tutto il lato interno della finestra.

Ibis never again
Man må betale 1€ for en kopp varmtvann. Ikke vannkoker, hårføner, kjøleskap på rommene. Veldig små rom, egner seg ikke for små barn. Sengen var god nok. Overpriset i forhold til det man får. Aldri Ibis igjen. Frokost middels, da var kaffe og varmtvann gratis. Automatmat på kveldstid.

mancata comunicazione , non rispondono al telefono
dall'aereoporto di charleroi all'hotel non ci sono servizi di bus navetta. ho chiamato l'hotel ma non rispondeva nessuno. ed i TAXI si rifiutano fare servizio se si paga in CC e per piccole tratte come andare, infatti, all'hotel IBIS perche troppo vicino all'aereoporto.

Terrible! Arranged airport transfers via the hotel (the two people on reception when we checked in were actually very nice and super helpful) we had checked in late and then had to be up early and leave for 6am. My friend has bad knees and struggles with stairs so we always take the lift! Just before 6am we waited for the lift but the light kept going out and nothing happened. Eventually we managed to get the lift to our floor, only at the bottom to be met by a member of staff pointing his finger saying‘you’re late’ it was 6.03am, I tried to explain about the lift only to be met with utter hostility, and we were told er should have taken the stairs!
No not stay at this hotel, they have no understanding of customer service and are not accessible for people who aren’t able bodied. What a horrible way to end a holiday. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect and understanding
