今回は両親のお祝いで利用させて頂いたのですが、ホテルは綺麗だし、バイキングも満足です。温泉も気持ちよかったです！シャンプーなど色んな種類のお試しがあって嬉しかったです！スタッフのかたも接客など丁寧で安心しました。 ちょっと残念なのはみんなで夜カラオケなどして楽しみたかったのですが終了してました。ゲームセンターも壊れてて使えない物もあり、施設近くには歩いて行ける距離には特に遊ぶところはないのでみんなで楽しむ時間はあまりありませんでした。寝る時くらいはと部屋は別にしてしまったのでみんなで大部屋にしておけば良かったかと思いました。 卓球はあり少し大人数には狭くイスも少なかったけど楽しませて頂きました。 ありがとうございました！

日帰り湯のある施設だったので大浴場は混むと思い、宿泊者専用のお風呂があったので、夜は専用風呂、朝は大浴場と選べて入れたのがよかった。 食事はビュッフェで好きな物を好きなだけ食べられるシステムは子連れには有難い。 ただ、席が自由だったので（食事中ですカード有り）席取り合戦みたいなのが面倒だった。 食事を取る前に席を確保していたのだが、気付かずにその席を他の利用者が使っていた為に夫が文句言いに行きそうだった。 この場合、次からはスタッフに声かけしたいと思った。

フロントの対応、電話の対応が悪い

子供が車椅子なので　到着した際　専用駐車場が空いていたのを確認し　雪が積もっていたので　正面玄関に車を置き　先に荷物と子供を降ろしてからと思っていたら　その間に老夫婦が専用駐車場に停めてしまい　フロントに専用駐車場が空いていないのですが　他にありませんか？と聞いたところ、『空いてませんか？そうですか！』で終了でした。ちなみに　その老夫婦は　普通に歩いてました。駐車場の誘導している方　何故⁉️車椅子を利用してる方を優先では無かったのでしょう… 残念です。
