Staff can only speak very simple English in general. Toothpaste was provided on the first day only but needed requesting the next few days. Convenient location for street shopping but most Grab drivers couldn't find it. We had to walk to Baiyoke Sky Hotel nearby for Grab. The room facilities was a bit old.

The young man who helped me with my baggage to my room was great. The room had no windows. The “balcony” was an open space opposite a wall. The place felt very claustrophobic. The water didn’t get hot, and it felt like a fire hazard. There was bags and chairs and stuff everywhere. I was also harrrased by the counter staff because my son got mango on a towel. They asked me to wash my own towels…I thought that was the purpose of a hotel, to have your bedding and towels washed for you. It should be priced as a budget hotel, I found much better places with nicer amenities for the same price.

The place was so so. The showers were designed for the local people. (To low). Took awhile to get a replacement in room safety box. Biggest problem with this box is it is not secured properly. Anyone can walk into the room and walk away with it. Pictures of hotel and room are misleading.

Situated right in the heart of the tourist traffic this place is noisy. Not so much the rooms, but just the surrounding area. There are people and traffic everywhere. The hotel itself was good though and the staff were friendly. A free 30 minute massage on arrival was a good treat too.

Sehr ordentliches Hotel inmitten des Markttrubels

Das Hotel hat uns alle, gerade aufgrund auch vereinzelter negativer Bewertungen sehr positiv überrascht: makelloses, sauberes Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. Stock und haben von dem Trubel draußen nichts mitbekommen und konnten super schlafen. Das Frühstück ist eher asiatisch ausgerichtet, es gibt aber auch Toast und Marmelade. Die Qualität der frisch zubereiteten Speisen war sehr gut und es gab jeden Tag ein wechselndes Angebot an thailändischen Speisen. Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels existiert ein Massagesalon; wenn man das Hotel verlässt ist man mitten im Marktgeschehen mit zahlreichen Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor allem Nachts (Nachtmarkt). Das Hotel bietet ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Bangkok. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Property is NOT up to date. There ARE MOLDS and STAINS on the walls, bed sheet and bed frames. After finding lots of mold in the bathroom walls, I explain to the front desk I cannot stay in the hotel and would like a refund since I booked the hotel a couple hours prior. Staff told me to contact Expedia for the refund and that they’ll also move me to another room. I never asked to be upgraded but they upgraded me. The new room also have stains and mold. I woke up the next day and was SICK! Mind you, it was my 1st day on my vacation. I was pissed off, packed my stuff and checked out. Staff assured me I would get my refund once Expedia released it to them. They even checked me out on their system and said everything is fine. I had to book another new hotel (so much cleaner and nicer)! Now I’m fighting for my refund back and they’re unwilling to cooperate saying they never agreed to refund me! What a piece of crap hotel. If you don’t mind sleeping with molds and stains, then sleep here! Otherwise, avoid at all cost!! *FALSE ADVERTISEMENT HOTEL*

This is a strange hotel, has a seemingly unused massage area at the front, and another business or two before you reach the check in. I was upgraded from a “superior” room - the room I got was intensely basic. The safe didn’t work, strange green light above the bed, windows blocked by walls so it was always dark, shower ran lightly and switched in and out of hot and cold. The reception was always completely deserted after midnight. The hotel is on a super interesting and busy street, lots of street vendors, and a street market most days that was a challenge to get through. Very close to the rail link for the airport.
