The rooms were fantastic: modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. The listing did not mention that the two-room suite also has 2 full bathrooms, which was a great bonus. We used the Spot Hero website to secure very reasonably priced and safe parking nearby. Location was convenient- walkable to many attractions and close to the Metro, too.

The property is well maintained and the staff is helpfull. It is located close to a Metro station which is a plus. Minor issues: It would have been nice if there was coffee for the coffee machine in the room, Kitchen towel for the ( well appointed ) kitchen . The water pressure in the shower was on the low side. Even though our room faced h street which is a major artery, it was quite.

This place is fantasitc for a for a family - got a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a family room and kitchen for the same price as one small hotel room in the same area. Everything worked well, generally speaking, but all was not perfect - each bathroom door did not close all of the way, each of the bathroom vents were blowing air into the bathroom instead of pulling air out of the bathroom - this was an issue one time as someone in the building was frying fish (not on a Friday) and the smell was coming into our unit through the bathroom vents. Some moulding was coming off of the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. But, if you can get past these kind of imperfections, you're in for a real treat.

I liked how clean and friendly this hotel was it is located in an area of DC that has pretty much everything and so with the friendly staff and clean facilities and with all n walking distance to some great restaurants and sights I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!
