Unfortunately, my birthday celebration was marred by a series of issues, including a difficult check-in process, a lack of seating in the waterpark pool area, and the discomfort of being five months pregnant in the sweltering heat. The fact that umbrellas with chairs were available for rent but had already sold out added to my frustration. Moreover, my room was situated far away. On a positive note, the room itself was comfortable, and the warm shower was a pleasant surprise. However, considering the hefty price tag of $800, I felt that the experience was not worth the cost, especially when compared to other resorts I have visited that offered more value for money. Moreover, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable, preventing my children from using their Xbox, and I was unable to use my Fire Stick.
