The receptionist behaved terribly, it is unacceptable to yell and argue with customers at the level he did. But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing. I hope the owner of the hotel will talk to them after this so that they are aware that the guest comes first. If there are no guests, they have no salary and no job
