Excellent stay once again.

This is a lovely hotel that I always come back to when in Tainan. Great location, friendly staff, and great rooms on the top floor. Breakfast buffet is as big as you could possible get and has excellent choice. Western style crispy bacon super!

One of our favourite hotels. Friendly and attentive staff; very nice health centre; very comfortable and spacious room; great selections for breakfast (a bit more selection of fruit would be even better); convenient location for bus to/from high speed train station. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel shows a bit of age, but it is still very clean. When I checked in, I noticed some water stains on the duvet cover, which seemed to be caused by the air conditioner leaking. I informed the staff and they immediately replaced it. I understand that hotels in Taiwan now generally only provide body wash and shampoo, but it felt a bit unusual that there was no hand soap at the sink.

Good location, but with how much we paid for, it wasn’t worth it. The rooms looked old and outdated. Towels are thin, not comfy. We revered two queen bed rooms. It was very nice of them to bump us to 2 king bed room. However, the room size is the same. With bigger beds, rooms for anything else was limited.

The door of shower cubicle can not prevent water from splashing out. The end result is the ground surrounding the shower cubicle and the toilet next to it is totally flooded after someone had shower. The hotel needs to get this problem fixed.

The hotel was OK at last.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with many choice, the only complain was the front desk ask for my visa when we were check out, l was booked 5 other hotels before and none of them ask for it, I saw no reason at this point.

第一次入住台糖長榮酒店～雖然說明了不提供牙膏牙刷還有瓶裝水～但我覺得ok～房間面走廊有飲水機～可以拿水壺去裝水～房間裡的熱水瓶也很乾淨～環境不錯～樓下就有便利店～也很方便～房間很大很舒適～ 唯一美中不足是樓下大堂的蛋糕店～入住當晚買了一件蜂蜜蛋糕～～～但乾到不行～～人生沒吃過那麼乾的蜂蜜蛋糕～然後也沒有蜂蜜味～有點失望～員工也是面無表情～ 除此之外酒店設備都很不錯～櫃檯服務員還有幫忙叫計程車的服務員都很不錯～～ 真實想法～以上
