La chambre était très propre, la station de métro 'Anguk' était à 5 minutes de marche, ce qui était super pour se déplacer. Beaucoup de lieux touristiques à visiter à pied autour de l'hôtel, les ramens et les bouteilles d'eau offertes à l'accueil sont très appréciés. Bon rapport qualité prix!

Amazing traditional stay in the beautiful alleys of Insa-dong. The hotel was beautifully presented and the self serve noodle breakfast was great. Maybe my mis-reading but may be worth mentioning that the standard rooms don’t have access to the steam/bath as in the pictures as I believe this is part of only the highest room type. Would recommend for an insadong stay and would definitely return!

Recomiendo 100 % este hotelito. Es pequeño acogedor. Muy limpio, ademas tienes disponible noodles, agua, cafe gratis, en el kiosko de la entrada siempre tienen disponible toallas, pequeños utensilios como sepillo dental, y otros accesorios, tienen extensiones con adaptadores para convertir debido al sistema Europeo de 220. Muy acogedor y centrico, con acceso a estacion del metro y parada de buses a solo 2 y 4 minutos caminando.

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL JAK. The hospitality was truly exceptional and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was also perfect, close to city attractions and easy to get around. I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Clean room and excellent location. Unmanned aspect can be convenient but also make communication more difficult. Requesting new towels/change of trash is a bit of a hassle, but check-in and check out are easy. Offering of free ramen and water is very nice to have. Great value.

개인적인 일로 무지 추운 겨울날 호텔에 체크인해서 3박 4일간 투숙했는데 이름처럼 아늑하고 편안했어요 방바닥이 너무 뜨끈뜨끈해서 노곤해져요 디럭스룸이 크지 않았지만 혼자 쓰기 딱 좋았고 침대도 넓고 잠이 너무 잘 왔어요 욕실도 깨끗하고 비데가 너무 좋아요 집 리모델링 공사하는데 이걸로 바꾸려고요 1층 식탁 있는 홀에 라면 기계 있는데 무료예요 3일 동안 종류별로 다 끓여 먹고 좋았습니다 제가 끓인 라면보다 맛있었어요 추천합니다👍

Thank you, Hotel JAK team. I had a pleasant stay there. The bedsheets and towels were clean, and the location is perfect. I felt at home and very warm there. There are many local restaurants nearby with delicious food, and it is also close to the train stations. The only small downside is that the shower water temperature sometimes becomes too hot or too cold. But for me, it was not a problem at all. However, for those who bring young kids, it might be better to check the water temperature before showering. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Seoul. Thank you again ❤️

Really enjoyed staying here and ended up extending for another night. For the price, this place is such a good deal. Free ramen, free coffee, free water, and everything feels super clean and new. Honestly hard to beat at this price point in Seoul. Check-in isn’t the most straightforward if you’re a foreigner, but there’s a help button and someone is always there to assist, so it wasn’t a big problem at all. Rooms are a bit small (pretty typical for Seoul), but totally fine for our stay. Location is great to, close to cultural spots and just a few minutes’ walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seoul.

4명이 자는 공간이 고시원만하면 짐을 어떻게 두고 어떻게 휴식을 하나요? 너무 좁아서 진짜 힘들었어요 아무리 잠만자도 1-2인실도 아니고 4인실 벙커침대면 최소한의 이동공간이나 짐 둘 공간 확보는 해야죠 예약할 때 방마다 방크기나 욕실정보도 상세히 없고 대표적으로 좋은 공간의 사진들만 올려놓으면 다 그런 방인지 착각합니다 저는 그랬습니다 서울시내 숙박을 많이 하는 편인데 청결했지만 동반인 신분증확인도 번거로웠고 고시원만한 공간에 충격받고 갑니다 방마다 상세한 정보와 사진이 필요합니다 전혀 휴식하고 간 느낌이 안들었습니다

We stayed for 12 days in this hotel. The first thing you need to know before you book is that this is a SELF MANAGEMENT hotel, everything is automated, you do your own check-in using your passport at their computerised kiosk. No reception, no breakfast BUT plenty of character! we chose this hotel due to its location and because we didn't want the usual amenities of breakfast etc etc other hotels offer. The rooms are small and thats exactly what we needed. We didn't want big rooms, suites or other services as we went exploring all day. The owner is a very kind and friendly lady, we struck a good friendship and she was happy to have us stay for these days. If you want a small place, for exploring full days and just staying to sleep this is all you need. We were happy with our choice and the location central and close to bus and train station. Walking distance to Palaces, Myendong and other cultural activities.

Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als auf dem Bild dargestellt. Das Badezimmer ging garnicht.. sehr eng und beim Duschen ist man immer ans Waschbecken dran gekommen.. die Toilette spült nicht richtig und da ist absolut kein Platz um die feuchten Handtücher so aufzuhängen damit sie bis zum nächsten Tag trocknen! Das Personal ist schwierig zu sprechen da sie jedesmal über Display erstmal Google translate auf machen müssen damit wir erst die Frage tippen und ewig auf Antwort warten um dann zu sagen es ist wie es ist. Kein Spur von der schönen Wasserbecken was auf den Bildern drauf ist.

We stayed here as a family of 4. The location is very clean and convenient to everything. The downside is that the room sizes are VERY small! With the 2 queen size bunk beds, you only have floor space for 1 person to comfortably stand. If you have any full-size luggage, you are in trouble. Luckily, we only had carry-ons. The ramen station was great and the hotel is great, it is just not made for a group of 4 taller people, plus bags.

숙소의 위치가 좋아 지하철을 타고 서울 여기저기를 돌아볼 수 있었어요. 무인이지만 필요할 때 언제든 도움을 받을 수 있었습니다. 언제나 여분으로 쓸 수 있는 수건이 항상 로비에 있어서 좋았어요. 무엇보다도 언제든 끓여먹을 수 있는 라면과 따뜻하게 혹은 시원하게 먹을 수 있는 커피가 있어 너어어어어무 좋았습니다. 다음에 서울 갈 일 있으면 다시 예약할게요
