Hotel is in a great area next to a night life and plenty of restaurants. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the metro. Room is clean with really hot water in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are on the street side it can be loud at night. But it did not bother me

SO LOUD!!!

The street is so loud at night and the building isn't made to insulate it out. It was loud until about 4am. Then the cleaning crew started around 7am and they like yelling to each other and laughing so loud that you can't sleep. The rest of the stuff is secondary. The front desk rry their best in a very tough situation.

Habitaciones sin ningun tipo de renovacion de aire, ventanas sin apertura en su mayoria, cosa ilegal. sistemas de deteccion desconectados igual que en la segunda habitacion que nos ofrecieron, tras la queja, estaba sin deteccion de incendios. Al informar en recepción de las anomalias, una señora responsable en recepción llamada Ana, con muy mala educación se desentendio de nonotros. Es preocupante que esten ofreciendo habitaciones, en estas condiciones, a parte que las TV no funcionaban, limpieza casi nula. Un desastre

Hotel centrico. Ubicado en la misma calle de provenza. Restaurant, mall cerca. Servicio muy amable. La vista muy bonita. Hay mucho ruido en las noches por la musica. Asi que recomiendo irte de fiesta porque no vas a descansar. Pero muy bueno el desayuno.

It's located literally at the end of Provenza.. the very heart of El Poblados restaurants & clubs scene. So if you want to relax at night this is not rhe place but if you want fun and excitement you will be in the middle of it.. in the best way possible 😥😍🙏😍🙏
