We have stayed here many times over the years. It’s always a great place, central location, amazing staff and breakfast buffet and dinner. The staff goes above and beyond and some we have known for 8 years. But, the WIFI is by far not the most reliable, plus you have to log in going from the room, pool dining area. Another issue was a cockroach crawled across my wife’s legs while dining, which surprised us both and wasn’t the best location for such a surprise in a hotel. No doubt we will stay again, but

Staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Pool is very nice with a bar . Across the street from Ayala mall but have to play frogger to across the street. Excellent buffet that serves breakfast, and dinner. I have stayed at many places in Cebu and this by far is my favorite city hotel .

Flrst day was ok, but on the evening we got informed that the warm water woukd be gone from 10 pm to 5 am. This was not true. We had plans to check out at 8 am after breakfast.The warm water wasnt back until 1.30 pm. I needed warm water for medical reasons (urostomi), so we were trapped i the room for 5.5 hours. The people in the reception din not care about his. So instead of going to the Thaoist temple and seaside mall, we had to go straight to the ferry.
