For the price we paid, there should have been more amenities, maybe a continental breakfast or something. Overpriced but clean rooms but the bed was a little too firm for me.

Basic motel type room but was expensive. Heating system was located in odd spot next to bathroom door, so it was cold in the bathroom. Bed was raised very high.

I was not sure what to expect, when I made the reservation. However, I was pleasantly surprised, by how clean the rooms were! The manager and his wife were very kind and easy to deal with. I would definitely, stay there again. P..S. love the colorful walls!

Staff was friendly and accommodating with a last-minute upgrade. We loved the walkability to a variety of good food options and coffee shop. Busier than expected traffic on the road was noisy but our room was directly over it so other ground floor rooms were surely quieter. We would visit again.

I got such a great deal on this place that I brought my own towel. I came with no expectations. Honestly, this place is a fantastic value. Yes, it's a motor Lodge... That has been redecorated in a mid century modern motif complete with a Eero Saarinen tulip dining table and chairs AND a pair of Poulsen Panthella 160 lamps... in my room! 😅 The rooms are spacious and very quiet. There are a total of 5 pillows that are soft and clean and even a chair pillow on a reasonably quiet bed. The towels are of great quality. All around, I'm very pleased that I found the signature inn on my first Eugene trip. I will definitely return for another stay.

Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable, Eugene is notorious for raising prices weekends with football games, this hotel is not worth the $300 plus it is charging. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired and is not the most comfortable.

The motel property and lobby are tidy and well cared for by the owner, who is courteous. Our room was wonderfully clean and it felt refreshing after traveling. When staying at hotels, the cleanliness is always my top priority and this was very clean. We stayed here because we liked the character of the renovation and proximity to the airport.
