The bed was the cleanest part of the entire room. The floor was dirty it had shoe tracks in the bathroom and leaves right on the inside of the door. Several tiles in the bathroom were broke. The towels had black marks on them. The entire floor my room was on smelled of cigarette smoke. The morning i went to leave the elevator was not working.

hotel is being renovated which is good but we didn't know about. Staff was great and very friendly. But room needed cleaning after painting and renovation and mattress on bed was very poor I'm thinking it will be better soon.

No towel or clothes hooks in the bathroom; toilet seat loose, mount for body lotion supply not working; bare wires out of the room ceiling--made one wonder if there was a working fire alarm; TV picture was not in focus--no working guide available, very few channels; breakfast Orange Juice not working, breakfast coffee machine "out of order" on a very cold Monday morning. Friendly staff!
