Lovely boutique hotel! Staff were so welcoming especially Fernanda at reception and Clemont at the bar’ They went over and beyond and were very good with my kids. Only downside was the breakfast no variety and food was cold by the time we got there. However many breakfast places nearby. The hotel is only 2 months old and is in the city centre itself. Unfortunately no on site parking however nearest car park was a 5min walk from hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

So nice to stay in a hotel which is not a big chain and gives such a nice, friendly welcome. The lady on the reception is really good at her job, welcomed us by first names and couldn’t have been more helpful. A free welcome drink token for the bar is such a nice touch. The hotel is uniquely decorated in a thoughtful way with great rooms, very clean and well appointed. We stayed in a connected family rooms which was perfect and good value. Great location, 2 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Also very close to the station if you are travelling by train. We would stay again.

This little is very new, and it shows. It is very clean, well presented, and very friendly staff. The room was a decent size and they have used the space well, bed was comfortable and a lovely shower. The hotel is so new the towels are soft and amazing. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome and check-in was so easy. All the staff always greeted you with a hello everytime you came in and out. There is a breakfast area and bar, on this occasion I didnt use those, but they look well maintained and quite popular with other guests. If they can maintain this level of standards and wonderful staff then this hotel could easily become one of the best in lille. I will definitely look to book here when I no doubt return to lille again. Ohh and for those of you shoppers or street wanders, this is perfect for you. Eurolille to the left in less than 5 mins and the main square of lille to the right in less than 10 mins.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! Everything was beautifully designed, clean, and easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable. We received excellent service from the two guys at the reception when we arrived. The lobby bar was great, and the neighborhood had everything we needed!

Excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Babel ! L'accueil est vraiment remarquable, le personnel sait prendre soin de ses clients avec beaucoup d'attention. La chambre était impeccable, avec une literie très confortable qui garantit des nuits reposantes. Autre point fort : l'insonorisation est excellente, on ne perçoit aucun bruit extérieur, ce qui est appréciable en plein centre-ville. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour à Lille.

Rummet och hotellet var väldigt rent och fräscht. Personalen trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det enda med själva hotellet jag kan klaga på är att det inte fanns galgar för kläderna. Och att viss personal som kontrollerade rummen under dagen gick in i rummet efter endast en snabb knackning..
