I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my cell phone.

La plus belle et magnifique vue sur la baie d’Alger depuis la terrasse … Wow ! On peut apercevoir la grande mosquée, le monument des martyrs et toutes les hauteurs d’Alger réunies Hotel propre et personnel au petit soin … je recommande.
