This Cordis hotel does not represent the Cordis group, it looks great outside but the interior leaves much to be desired..as it seems to have seen it better times. 2 major things to be aware of: extremely noise A/C and the rooms smell moisture and cigarettes smoke as it used to be allowed to smoke inside. The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return.
