해외에서 무료수영장만 이용하다가 유료입장인 호텔수영장은 처음이어서 꽤나 당황했다. 이용시간도 나눠져있어서 일정을짤때 신경써야하는부분이 아쉬웠다. 수영장 자체는 청결하고 온수풀도 있어 이용하기에 좋았다.

아직 개장 초기라 그런지 체크인 과정은 다소 아쉬웠다. 프런트 응대가 매끄럽지 못해 대기 시간이 꽤 길었고, 전반적으로 시스템이 완전히 자리 잡지 않은 느낌이었다. 다만 객실에 들어서는 순간 그런 불편함은 어느 정도 잊힐 만큼 룸 컨디션이 훌륭했다. 깔끔하게 정돈된 공간과 쾌적한 침구, 세심하게 관리된 디테일이 인상적이었다. 특히 조식은 기대 이상이었는데, 메뉴 구성이나 음식의 완성도가 높아 만족도가 컸다. 주차 공간도 넉넉하게 확보되어 있어 이동 시 스트레스가 없었고, 무엇보다 객실에서 바라보는 뷰가 좋아 여행의 분위기를 한층 끌어올려 줬다. 덕분에 와이프도 무척 만족했던 기억에 남는 여행이었다.

연휴같은 대목에 고객을 받을 준비가 전혀 되어 있지 않습니다. 시설은 훌륨하나 운영 측면에서 아쉬움이 많습니다. 연휴 때 체크인이 밤 8시 넘어서 가능했습니다. 객실 정비 인원이 거의 보이지 않습니다. 지하4층부터 지상 28층의 대형 업장임에도 승강기도 3개로 운영해 대기에만 한 세월입니다. 조식은 훌륭합니다만 가격을 고려하면 가성비가 뛰어나다고 보긴 어렵습니다.

시설이나 인프라는 새 것이라 좋습니다. 문제는 운영입니다!... 이번 5월 연휴에 투숙했는데, 체크인을 무려 밤 여덟시에 할 수 있었습니다. 연박을 했는데, 다음날도 별반 다르지 않았습니다. 사유는 방정비가 끝나지 않았답니다. 투숙 기간동안 방 정비하시는 분을 보지 못했습니다. 적어도 한 층에 한명 씩은 있어야 하는거 아닌가요? 남자 2인조로 이뤄진 (동일한 분들) 밖에 보지 못했습니다. 설마 이 분들이 20여층을 다 커버하는게 아닐까 하는 생각까지 들었습니다. 연박중에 방정비 (침구정리, 수건 보충, 쓰레기 비워주기)를 신청할 수 있었는데, 세시 이후에 가능하다 안내 받았습니다. 외출을 하고 밤 일곱시에 왔는데, 역시나 되어 있지 않았습니다... 프론트에 전화해서 요청하니 죄송하답니다. 바로 해드린다길래 한시간 뒤에 외출 예정이니 그때 해달라 했습니다. 이 역시 20분 정도 늦게 받을 수 있었습니다. (위에 동일한 남자 2인조 분들) 아 그리고 또 하나! 엄청나게 많은 객실에 비해 승강기 수는 달랑 3대. 이 3대가 또 지하4층 주차장까지 다 커버하니 쉴 틈이 없었습니다. 이렇게 불편하게 지내다 가는 호텔은 처음입니다... 게다가 윈덤 계열인데요? 다른 리뷰를 보니, 사람들이 몰리지 않는 때는 큰 문제는 없어 보입니다. 연휴나 휴가철에 이용하실 분들은 특별히 주의하실 필요가 있어 보입니다.

최악의 호텔 운영. 시설은 신축이라 깔끔하지만 연휴라 사람들이 몰릴것을 1도 대비하지 않아 기본 체크인이 2시간 이상 걸리며, 청소인원을 연휴대비 더욱 준비하였어야 하나 룸만 많이 파는 것에 급급하여, 15시 입실시간에도 룸청소가 끝난 곳이 없어 사람들을 전부 로비 대기시켜둠 체크인한 방에는 급하게 청소하느라 침구시트 등 하나도 교체하지 않아 머리카락이 그대로 있어 시트 교체를 요청하였으나 4번의 요청에도 교환한다고 말만 하고 저녁 9시가 넘어 시트 교체하여 쉬지도 못함 다시는 갈 생각도 없지만 이런식의 호텔운영이면 소비자 기만으로 보여짐

전기차충전소가 당연히 갖춰있을거라 생각해 호텔 오기전까지 중간에 충전을 안했다.막상 호텔 도착해서 보니,1층 위치한 전기차충전시설은 전부 사용치 못하게 볼라드로 막아놓아 충전이 불가했다. 다음날 이동해야되다보니 어쩔 수 없이 지하에서 충전하니까, 전기콘센트 차단한게 모자라, 체크아웃 아침에 전화해서 콘센트 코드 뽑아달라고 찡얼대던데...

어떻게 이호텔이 5성급인지모르겠어요. 5성급치곤 저렴한걸 감안하고도 별로였어요. 일단 객실 뷰는 매우좋습니다. 파노라마 뷰 고성바닷가 라서 속이 뻥뚫려요 하지만 객실에 인덕션 씽크대가있는거보고 감성수치하락 했어요. 제일최악은 3시체크인이지만 체크인웨이팅으로 4시넘어서 입실했어요.시스템 개선해야합니다. 적어도 미안한 티라도좀... 그리고 호텔로비 디퓨져 싸구려 향기 1시간반동안 맡아서 울렁거렸어요. 오래기다려서 화도났구요. 아침에 조식웨이팅도있어요. 서비스나 시스템이 전체적으로 제가아는 5성급과는 거리가멀었어요. 매우 부실하다고 느꼈어요. 개선할게많은 호텔같습니다.
