The unit had serious issues, including cockroaches and a non-functioning refrigerator. While the property manager made an effort to address our concerns by contacting the owner, the problems were not resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting this unit to others.

The owner a Mr Lee was exceptionally rude. Even got to the point of using profanity with me through messenger. Have screen shots to show it. Thinga that did not work in the room. Fan, TV, refrigerator also water would be trapped under the tiles even when shower not in use and would seep out when you used the bathroom. He would also not give us a pool pass when requested. Required a cash deposit when that process is not legal in the Phillipines. 100% would NOT recommend staying at one of his units as he was exceptionally rude and verbally aggressive through messenger.

We were not at all pleased with the stay. We booked a month stay at this condo and from day 1 we had a non-functioning fridge. It looked as if someone began a repair but never finished. We requested multiple times to have it repaired/replaced to the point we were being ignored by the host. We ended up buying a cooler to store our food. There was no wifi, which meant no channels on the tv. The overhead fan wasn't working along with other issues. I would not recommend this place. All the contacts were pointing figures to the host, but the host would not reply for several days. We ended up ending our stay 3 weeks into it as it was getting frustrating It would have been more comfortable and cheaper to book a hotel room and stay there the full month. The condo did not even offer to credit our stay for the inconvenience.
