we were happy with accomodation and check in with the lady was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little plain for example no fresh fruit usw. We also think talking mostly to a screen is so impersonal although very nice people on other end of microphone.

A/C was excellent and quiet which was so important for us during the heat wave. Our room 206 had a misted window which made the room and the lake view very drab. It looked like the window had been in this condition for a long long time. It won’t solve itself, you will have to repair it one day DO IT NOW Lovely helpful lady (Patricia) on reception

Grande chambre dans un bel hôtel avec un lit confortable, surclassement à l'arrivée. Personne à l'accueil sympathique parlant français, c'est toujours appréciable. Un petit problème d'intendance dans la chambre qui a été réglé immédiatement. Le check out se fait par visioconférence, ça surprend mais c'est efficace ! Parking réservé et gratuit disponible juste à côté. Un peu loin du centre bourg mais faisable à pied. Pour une nuit, c'était très bien.

4 Sternehotel das einfach schrecklich, unsauber und gleichgültig geführt wird. Suit 210, unsauberes Badezimmer, Ablauf Lavabo funktioniert nicht richtig, Nachtvorhang liiegt halb am Boden, Hotel wirkt schmudelig, Anmeldung unpersönlich. Am Schlimmsten war der Frühstücksbereich: Tische schmutzig, Personal gleichgültig, Tote Fliegen im Wasserbad Eier werden trotzdem hineingestellt!!! Nie wieder bin am überlegen Meldung Gesundheitsamt zu machen!!!

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente a differenza di quanto mi aspettassi, dopo aver visto le altre recensioni. Devo dire che questo hotel è molto sottovalutato. La camera era pulitissima e più grande delle misure standard, mentre il personale è stato davvero professionale. Il check-in virtuale è di un'innovazione incredibile (mai visto un servizio simile in giro nel mondo). Tutto ha funzionato bene. Wi-Fi di alta velocità e bagno pulito. 5/5.
