We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

O quarto estava limpo, porém o chuveiro estava com problema, inclusive tinha um aviso que era frágil, na verdade estava quebrado e não quiseram consertar. Para sair pouca água, bem pouca mesmo tudo ok, mas não dava para tomar banho, aumentando um pouco caía parte do chuveiro e ficava caindo água como de uma torneira, já para controlar água quente e fria ou era muito quente ou muito fria, não possui meio termo, sugiro que revejam os chuveiros. Equipe de funcionários bem simpáticos e atenciosos, café da manhã maravilhoso e com muita diversidade, nota 1000, ar condicionado ok, localização um pouco isolada , piscina não parece a da foto, bem menor, porém a vista é fascinante, é o mesmo andar do café xa manhã com a vista linda. Resumindo, trocaria apenas o chuveiro e está tudo bem.

Tudo ok, só achei meio absurdo pagar o estacionamento por fora R$25,00 sendo que não tem coberta, nem vigilância. O carro ficou no sol o tempo todo, qualquer pessoa poderia entrar no espaço, mesmo que deixar na rua. O ar-condicionado demorou um tempão pra gelar, tive que deixar ligado enquanto fui passear, se não a noite ficaria no calor. Café da manhã bom, pessoal da limpeza maravilhoso. O cara da recepção meio mais ou menos, não dá um bom dia. A Tv só tinha canal aberto, não dava pra conectar o cell pra ver uma Netflix ou algo assim.
