No, never again. Absolutely not.

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

Boa localização

O hotel tem uma boa localização. O que deixa muito a desejar é a estrutura do hotel que está super comprometida com infiltrações. Inclusive é possível observar isso na parte externa do prédio. No interior, há infiltrações nos tetos, nas paredes das escadas e nos quartos tem um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O ponto alto do hotel é o seu terraço que tem uma piscina muito boa e uma vista incrível da orla da praia de Iracema.

O hotel é muito bem localizado no sentido que se encontra a poucos minutos da orla Beira-mar. Na minha opinião, um dos pontos altos do hotel é o terraço. O terraço tem uma piscina linda e com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. No entanto, a estrutura do prédio deixa muito a desejar. Toda a faixada externa tem problemas de infiltrações que são visíveis e assustam qualquer hóspede que chega nas imediações do hotel. Esse problema é também interno. Quando vc acessa a recepção já é possível sentir o cheiro de parede úmida. Vc vê infiltrações em diversas áreas internas também. Até no elevador é possível sentir que há problemas nesse mesmo sentido. Apesar disso, o quarto, que é o espaço principal utilizado pelos hóspedes, é muito limpo e tem uma cama confortável não deixou nada a desejar.

Pode surpreender negativamente

O hotel é próximo do mar, mas num bairro/localização um pouco hostil. Para quem estiver sozinho, mulheres principalmente, pode ser perigoso. O estacionamento existe mas é pago e descoberto. R$ 25 a diária. Então, quem for de carro, fique atento e se prepare. O elevador estava com defeito na noite que passei e tem quartos até o quinto andar, então quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção ou tiver com malas muito pesadas pode ter problemas. O quarto estava mofada, o ar condicionado sujo, uma das luzes do banheiro não acendia e o chuveiro do banheiro estava com problema.

Ótimo hotel. Acredito que seja necessário só tentar minimizar o impacto do barulho externo nos quartos, já que o bairro é muito vivo e tem shows nos arredores quase o dia todo. Fui em busca de silêncio e relaxamento, mas não foi possível, não por culpa do hotel. Houveram coisas meio incômodas, como as pessoas usando caixinhas de som na piscina e casais jovens quase que fazendo sexo em público e na piscina, achei de mau tom a permissividade. No mais, chuveiro quente, VISTA LINDA, Rooftop ventilado, quarto climatizado, atendimento excelente dos funcionários do hotel, com pessoas dispostas a serem agradáveis em bom nível de educação: assistindo sem invadir. Bom café da manhã, frutas, sucos, café bom, pãozinho, bolos, tapioca... boa variedade.Fiquei pouco tempo, mas a próximidade da praia é perfeita. Tentarei ir novamente e passar mais dias, para aproveitar também a praia. Deu para ver que na praia têm veleiros de passeio pela orla, o que acho um excelente passeio turístico. Voltarei, certamente, dirimidos os fatores chatos que falei acima. Me sinto, em síntese, grata. Espero ter uma experiência mais proveitosa ainda numa próxima vez.

Melhorias Urgentes!!!

Pela opção do quarto que EU ESCOLHI, JÁ NÃO ESPERAVA MUITA COISA, pois conseguiu ser pior do que eu imaginei. No Quarto: tinha móveis velhos e quebrados; O banheiro MUITO MINÚSCULO e não dava nem para se movimentar direito; sem entrada de ar natural para o mesmo o ar condicionado tinha que ficar ligado o tempo todo; A piscina, com os azulejos amarelados; O café da manhã bem limitado e os RECEPCIONISTAS, pouco comunicativos. Pontos Positivos: A camareira e as meninas do café da manhã bem atenciosas e o nome do Hotel que é meu sobrenome.
