Everything was as described. The room was clean and fully equipped. The staff is very attentive to your needs. The hotel itself is a little far out and currently alot of construction going on so for the price it should be a little lower.

Pretty darn impressive! Affordable suites, brand new and pretty much everything works great. I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay again. Not upscale, but the basics are good and workable. Good appliances. Staff is delightful, professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. Typical of extended stay, no daily maid service banging on your door. Need something, the front desk has it. Impressive heating and cooling, thermostat driven. Get there while it's all brand spanky new, great location. Comfy bed!

The ladies who womanned the desk were much better than the middle-aged man who was there at times. The microwave in our room didn't work and he promised to send maintenance, but they never arrived. I also told himi the water fountain filter needed to be replaced, but that wasn't done, either, until I told the red-haired desk lady and she got it done almost immediately. The bed was too low and my wife couldn't get out of it without me giving her a boost. Also, the roll-in shower needs better water control; the entire bathroom floor got soaked. On the bright side, it's a very clean and new property. The room was spacious and contained a huge amount of storage space, which was very nice. The AC cooled the room very well, although bathroom ventilation is a bit weak. The bathroom nightligh is a great feature.

Facility just opened the night prior to our stay per the lady checking us in. The lady checking us in seemed untrained on the computer process and coding our key cards. We were locked out of our room several times and the front staff had no clue how to recode our cards. There was no hot water in our room and for a 2 queen room there was only one towel and one washcloth/hand towel in the room. We asked for more and the front staff were not friendly at all. The dishwasher in the room had a strong stagnant odor with knats inside. The floors were dirty. There was no coffee machine - we were told it was stuck in the mail?? The price does not align with this zero amenities hotel. No pool, no breakfast, no anything really. We had to ask for an actual blanket. The beds has a sheet and a cover sheet. Don’t be fooled by the pet policy. We had an issue with that as well. Bottom line - for a hotel to be brand new - they were very unprepared for opening and the staff are subpar to say the least. Would give a zero if it was optional.
