I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and I really loved that they have a full time security guard. The hotel is gated. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and close to downtown. This seems to be the nicest hotel in the area. I really enjoyed my stay.

First they are remodeling and the pool was closed, they had breakfast equipment coming, but when we were there they only had one kind of serial. The staff however were friendly, and the room was clean. It was just disappointing that a breakfast was advertised and only one type of serial.

T.V. didn't work so they moved us to another room and the heat didn't work at all. Toliet in both rooms shook every time you sat down, mini fridge in both rooms wasnt secured onto the floor and it would slide every time I you opened it. No towels in either room or extra toliet paper. Bathroom smelled like smoke. And they asked for a $50 deposit for the night and it had to be cash ,would not accept a credit card. They didn't mention a deposit when i booked the room, but the desk clerk waived the deposit since it was only for 1 night. No full breakfast buffet as advertised instead a small selection of cold cereal, juice and coffee. Wouldn't recommend this place.

No towels in room, asked for towels and was brought damp ones, name had changed on hotel without notice, food left in non working refrigerator so it had an awful smell, foot prints in shower, no office chair in room, broken furniture, broken access gate.

I booked my room for Tuesday through Saturday.
When I got to the hotel I had to call out for help because no one was at the desk and there was no bell. I had to show the clerk my reservation email because she didn't have record of my booking.
The hotel advertises an indoor pool (which was closed for repair) and breakfast each morning (which wasn't served).
After checking in I headed up to my room. The stairwell and hallway floors were disgusting. Trash everywhere and it didn't look like the carpets had been cleaned in a while. When I got to my room I only had two pillows, two towels and no toilet paper. I went back down to the desk and the clerk gave me additional items and toilet paper.
After my first night I went out to sightsee. When I returned to the hotel my key card didn't work so I went to the front desk where I was told that I should have checked out that morning. Again I showed my booking confirmation and the issue was corrected. I got up to my room and my belongings were thankfully still in the room.
During my stay, housekeeping did not clean my room or replace linens once. I had to swap out dirty towels with the front desk.
The only saving grace about my stay was the cost of the booking and the helpful front desk staff I dealt with.
