Great experience- unique hotel - staff was excellent for service and provided great area tourist info. The location is great- in a small town, but parking is inside the hotel boundaries. We really enjoyed the terrace with a great view of the Danube- great place to sip and watch the river boats float by. Breakfast was very good as well- made to order items along with buffet items. Although this is a more expensive hotel, it was worth it.

A beautiful castle to stay......

We enjoyed our stay very much, ,most of the staff are very accommodating, especially Peter from the restaurant and Leona from the Reception. The Schloss is a beautiful castle built on an amazing position, of course it being an old building there are always little problems here and there, but nothing that can spoil such a special locale. It is worth the splurge.

It is a very good hotel with history, very nice view from hotel terrace and the outdoor pool is very lovely. However, there is service improvement needed. We have had our breakfast, but the waitress didn’t inform us that there is also warm order to kitchen available.
