This was a beautiful apartment! Lavina, took very good care of us during our stay. The property is brand new and has everything you need. Beach is about 10 minutes walking as well. There is a supermarket on the corner, as well as a bus stop. Would most definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a long weekend in a suite that offered the roof terrace. The room was immaculate, the grounds were immaculate, the staff are all very helpful and very friendly. The beds very comfy! We very much enjoyed our stay. Location wise, there is a supermarket next door and it is a 10-15min walk to the beach and to also get the bus into Palma.

Reception team excellent - friendly and super helpful. The whole complex was clean and well equipped. There was a large Mercadona supermarket 2 mins down the road. 5 min walk to the sandy beach with ample shops, bars and restaurants. The garden suite did not have sunbeds or outdoor furniture but the manager confirmed this was on order (but unfortunately delayed) and will be a welcomed addition to enjoy the grass terrace. 5 mins from the airport in a taxi (€17) and very minimal aircraft noise. The apartments were very spacious and soundproofed. You could not hear anything from above. Overall well maintained with good amenities for a short relaxing break.

Pros * Close to airport * Next to supermarket * Bright modern large rooms, well decorated. * Dishwasher / microwave/ fridge freezer. * Well equipped kitchen * Lovely pool and sun loungers * Facilities to wash and shower post checkout. * Very comfy bed and pillows * Baby cot and high chair made available in room. * Pool towels available from reception. * Very helpful staff Cons * Room was not cleaned the whole stay which was unexpected - fresh towels were available from reception. * No bedroom door, which meant light from the bathroom and kitchen windows which didn’t have black out blinds woke my baby up early, so we had to buy tin foil to block out the light * No table and chairs as advertised in the garden / or sun loungers as pictured on the website for ground floor rooms. * One evening we had the smell of fried food coming from another apartment through our air conditioning - they must have had the extractor fan on. * Not enough hot water for us both to shower and wash my hair. Seems each room has a small boiler * Rooms at the front are close to a busy road which can be noisy in the evenings and mornings. * Location is about 5 mins walk from the beach but lacked nice restaurants nearby

Wonderful stay in one of the Penthouse suites, advertised as having a Jacuzzi and we wasn't sure if they had a hot tub or not but they do on the rooftop of the apartment. Penthouse rooms consist of a Living area, kitchenette and then off this space a sliding door there is the shower room. The bedroom although not the largest weirdly enough contained the larger of the 2 T.V,s in the apartment. Very quiet area and when we were there the pool area was also quiet and we had it to ourselves. The place is immaculately clean, to be expected with a brand new place. The staff are helpful and friendly and available till 11p.m. Even though the airport is close we never found the noise intrusive, you do get some road noise from the motorway but not enough to cause an issue. Once inside the apartment you couldn't hear either and by the pool you also couldn't hear anything. The only issue we really had during our stay was that we had to ask to use the hot tub a few times as it wasn't filled with water. When they managed to fix the plug from draining the water, we then had to fill it from the cold tap so it did take a little while to heat, but once filled it was a joy to use.
