We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites.

Sempre que estou em Salvador me hospedo no São Salvador. Percebi ao longo dos anos que a qualidade do hotel vem caindo a cada visita. Uma pena, já foi um hotel excelente. A cama já não está boa, precisa ser substituída, as toalhas estão finíssimas. O café da manhã perdeu a variedade. O atendimento da equipe permanece muito bom, mas as instalações de modo geral estão bem ruins.

Gostei do muito de hotel, da localização, único ponto ruim no momento, foi que cheguei em horário de engarrafamento e não sabia que a entrada do estacionamento era antes da entrada do hotel, com isso fui fazer o check in e precisei dar a volta no quarteirão e voltar para estacionar o carro, e aí em percurso de 5 minutos levei quase 30 min. Fora isso, hotel agradável, funcionários educados, quarto com cama confortável e grande, vários utensílios incluindo cafeteira elétrica para chás já disponíveis, frigobar com cervejas, água e suco. Valeu a pena! Super recomendo!
