This hotel was an amazing find. Perfectly situated in the heart of Montepulciano. My friend and I were a little late checking in, but Giuseppe was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the room when we arrived. He also mapped the location of several amazing restaurants. When we needed to stay a second night on short notice, we accommodated us quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Location was fantastic, and the hotel was as cozy as a hotel in a medieval town should be :) People in charge made us feel part of them, welcoming and very interested in our comfort. They know what they are doing, kudos for that! Maybe other hotels are similar in terms of beauty, but service is what makes the difference. Notes: parking is very close to the hotel, very convenient.

The hotel was centrally located and the proprietors -- Luisa and Giuseppe -- were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could -- from reataurant recommendations to finding us drivers from Florence airport to their hotel and then from Montepulciano to Naples. Best hosts on our trip so far. Amazing town and in March during mid week it was quiet and seemed all to ourselves. Shockingly surprising was how baby friendly it was.
