Housekeeping standards are very poor here, no fresh towels provided during a 2 night stay and dirty towels left behind on the floor. Outdated and dirty rooms. Breakfast is average, there is always a long que to enter the breakfast area. Deposit required to enter the gym and for beach towels. Would not stay here again.

Une réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... L'hôtel n'avait une réservation que pour 2 adultes... Cherchez l'erreur!!! Nous avons été abusés... Très mauvaise expérience... Mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles... J'arrête là car j'aurai trop de choses à dire... Seul point positif: le personnel aimable.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen mit großer Auswahl. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Beanstanden kann man nur etwas die Sauberkeit, sporadische Zimmerreinigung und die Sauberkeit der Tassen und Teller im Speisesaal. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden

On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool!

A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August... but clean and well organized. A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment. The room was regular, maybe a bit small for big luggages, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food, while dinner was more complicated (waiting cue), the food was good but not excellent. In my opinion main drinks should be included. The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the city main street for a relaxing night-walk through bars, restaurants and shops. We had a good time!

On m’a fait payer les enfants en adultes car entre le site hôtel.com et l’hôtel les contitions ne sont pas les mêmes. Du coup l’offre sur hôtel .com n’est pas favorable. Je trouve dommage que la plate forme de réservation ne soit pas paramétrer comme les réservations de l’hôtel.

Incrível! Um hotel "pé na areia": apartamento, área de piscinas, areia e mar tudo junto. Impecável em atendimento na recepção, no restaurante, na limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Café da manhã espetacular e comida de qualidade nas refeições. Vista panorâmica do mar na varanda, espetacular nascer do sol.

Excellent family holiday

Amazing family hotel, excellent food - very rich variety and plenty to choose from. The pool is large and never too crowded. Great intertaiment for both kids and adults. Decent rooms with daily cleaning service. Staff is polite and helpful. 2 min walk to the beach. The only dawnside is that the drinks are quite expensive, but there are a few shops within 2-3 mins walk where you could buy a large variety of drinks at dicent prices. Overall, we were very happy with this choice and will definitely come back here again! 2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 9.

Hotellet er slidt. Mange gæster og ikke så meget plads ved pool og i restaurant. Maden var med umoralen og havde ikke de store forventninger. Morgenmaden acceptabel buffe mad hvor der gerne skal mange gæster igennem på kort tid så ofte kø eller fyldt i rum helt som mest kan beskrives som en kantine uden charme. Aftensmaden var vi næsten ikke så det ikke var tiltalende mad der blev serveret. Generelt lever det slet ikke op til 4 stjerner men højest 3. Det bedste var stranden lå lige uden for lågen.

Bon séjour bel hôtel, côté restauration nous avons séjourné en demi pension petit déjeuner copieux ainsi que le buffet du soir. Le problème est le temps d'attente pour pouvoir manger quand l'hôtel est complet, autre problème il est noté que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé hors inexistant ! Côté chambre confortable et propre mais très mal insonorisée! Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est limite.
