The Best Holiday Inn Express I've Visited

You can tell the property manager really enjoys and cares for her responsibilities. A lot of above and beyond what I've seen compared to other similar locations. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, decorations were out in full, and the lobby looked and smelled really clean. Rooms were the same way.

The hotel was good but the cleanliness of our room could have been better. The bathroom had some mold in it and the floor was dirty. The breakfast was good and everything there was clean. The bed were comfortable.

The hotel seemed nice enough and in all the 60 years I’ve been traveling. I’ve never had this happen, but I was eating up by bedbugs. It took over three weeks for all those spots to heal

Great place!

We had to come to Bonifay for a family gathering. After reading all the reviews, this was by far the best choice. It is much more expensive, a little bit more than double, but it is well worth the extra money if comfort matters to you. We were checked in by Heather who is really lovely and got us checked in super fast. The beds were super comfortable, the sheets were great. The towels were new and fresh and the room was very modern. Had a great night sleep wonderful shower. There was a working refrigerator that kept everything cold . It got super cold, which was even better, the dial worked. There was a max cold and a little microwave! The TV I got no complaints. Ample plugs USB ports, unfortunately I had a USB-C cable but convenient plugs right next to the bed. There was always hot coffee. And although we did not engage in the breakfast, the gal who is working, the breakfast bar kept it super clean, and it looked really inviting. If you’re going across the state and you got to stop this is a great choice.
