Cat hotel?

Great rooms! Just what my small family needed for the day/night. Kinda weird that there are cats galore that gather outside to anyone willing to pay attention to them- I’m talking like 4-5 cats.

Excellent service and exceptional staff

The accommodations were amazing. Rooms were clean and very accommodating, beds were comfortable. Dian and Karen were our housekeepers, and were extremely pleasant. They checked in to see what we needed, and provided the most professional service I've seen in a long time. Beka and Kim were in the front desk and very helpful. Kim promptly notified me of a lost item before we left town, and Beka checked in occasionally to make sure that the stay was going well. I have been very impressed and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff that we interacted with, as well as the accommodations.

My room for disabled persons was excellent. I appreciate being able to maneuver around with my upright walker. My only suggestion would be to have a rubber/ ripple mat to ensure guests don't slip in the shower as my wife almost did. She fell off the wet shower chair but caught herself. She's okay but a mat would have ensured the chair stayed in place.

There was a light in the bathroom that was behind the light fixture. It came on when the light was turned off, but flashed. This is bad for people with epilepsy, so we just closed the door and left the light on. There were also small black ants in the kitchenette area. The staff were very responsive and took care of problems right away. They even offered to move us to a different room.

Went to take a shower and the knob was wrong. What was supposed to be cold luke warm and was supposed to be hot was ice cold. Once that was figured out then found out that there was no hot water at all

I loved the staff attentiveness, and frequent but not annoying texts to check on our stay and comfort. Willy (I believe that is the cat's name) was adorable and I enjoyed hearing about the stories of his welcoming into this hotel. The room was clean, access to dine was great and beds were comfortable, and I NEVER say that about any hotel. We were there 5 days to visit our Marine and I felt rested, safe and attended too. I would definitely visit again. The only complaint I had was the breakfast. Although complimentary, I am an eggs and bacon kind of person and the omelets seemed as though the eggs were from a box and the cheese was the left-over nacho cheese form my son's baseball game the night before. Not appetizing at all. I would enjoy even a make your own omelet with cooked but needing to be reheated bacon, sausage and/or ham.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is right behind the common road that has all the retail stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, lots of parking.
